Chief Executive Officer

Terry is a 35-year veteran of the logistics and supply chain industries. In his former tenure at Jacobson Companies (Norbert Dentressangle), he headed multi-hundred-million-dollar asset and non-asset transportation and logistics services across North America. Terry’s particular expertise in home delivery lends heavily to MXD Group’s leading market position and our vision for the future.

When he isn’t busy solving complex challenges with our team, Terry is passionate about serving social causes that help others. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Penn State University and is excited to lead MXD Group’s passionate team of individuals who all strive to deliver excellence.

Chief Financial Officer

Marie brings a fresh perspective to the financial segment of MXD Group’s business. She joins our team as an industry newcomer, with more than 20 years’ experience as a CFO. She has worked almost exclusively in recent years with private equity companies in addition to serving various audit committees and boards of directors.

Shortly after earning her master’s of business administration from the University of Oklahoma, Marie was a Presidential Management Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She is a University of Illinois Lake County Extension Master Gardener and co-chairs the Women Corporate Directors Chicago Chapter. For Marie, it’s the people who make MXD Group great.

Jeff has been driving growth strategies and business development since 2005, coming to MXD Group after serving various roles in the logistics and technology industries with Exel/DHL, UPS Supply Chain and i2 Technologies.

Jeff earned his degree in transportation and distribution management from Syracuse University, and over 21 years, has built a robust career cultivating relationships and engineering quality programs. He loves being able to work with a diverse group of people every single day who all have the same motivation to deliver and share excellent customer experiences.

Chief Operations Officer

Patrick has 29 years of Logistics Industry experience in both 3rd party and retail logistics. Demonstrated talent developing strong customer relationships and building high performance work teams delivering hundreds of millions in new customer opportunities and SG&A synergies.

Patrick has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from Robert Morris College. He started his career at UPS where he was for 10 years with increasing levels of responsibility. After UPS he went to Menlo Logistics and spent 4 years managing 3rd Party Operations. Following that he transitioned into Retail to round out his Logistics experience managing distributions centers for both Victoria’s Secret Direct and Too, Inc. His most recent role was as Executive Vice President in 3rd party Logistics with Norbert Dentressangle – USA (formerly Jacobson Companies) from 2005 to 2015 when he joined MXD Group in December, 2015.

Patrick comes to us with a demonstrable record of exceeding profitability goals, leading operational turnarounds, and driving increased revenues.

Stan brings over 30 years of experience within the supply chain to MXD, spanning both operations and business development. Throughout his career one of his passions has been to find ways to bring strategic value to his customers. During his tenure in the logistics industry he has been Vice President of Operations and EVP of Business Development and has worked for industry leaders such as Exel Logistics, Jacobson Companies (Norbert Dentressangle), and XPO Logistics.

Stan has been recognized by his customers and employers for team-building, leadership, performance and vision. He is excited to work with an entire company of coworkers focused on those same values.

Vice President, Information Technology

Shane brings nearly 17 years’ experience, both in technology and logistics industries, to our team. Leading our IT segment, his expertise helps MXD Group continue to be technology leaders in logistics and home delivery services industry.

Shane served as Sr. Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP prior to joining us at MXD Group. He studied economics and communication at The Ohio State University and loves leading the charge for innovation in the ever-growing and changing world of delivery solutions.

Yvonne Kalucis

Vice President, Human Resources

Yvonne brings 20+ years of human resources experience to MXD Group. She began her career in retail but after graduating from law school she found herself in human resources, fell in love with the field and has been practicing ever since.

She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising then got her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Her training as an HR professional came as her career progressed with L Brands for eleven years. Most recently she led the human resource function at RG Barry Brands where she provided human resource leadership and oversight to the business and worked closely with the senior leadership team to develop a winning corporate culture and optimum efficiency of operations in compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development and employee relations. Under her tutelage, RG Barry was recognized a record three times in a row by Columbus CEO Magazine as one of the best places to work in Columbus.
