I started with MXD Group (Exel Direct) during the startup of our centralized operations in 2007. I was quickly given the opportunity to grow with the organization into a Lead position, then shortly after that as a Supervisor. Throughout the course of the last seven years, MXD Group has fostered those skills in which I excel at. I now am proud to be their Training Manager, conducting ongoing Operational & Systems Training Courses, designing a training program for new managers to the organization, among many other things. The variety I have in the work that I do is exciting – and I feel connected to the leaders within MXD Group, as an integral part of the team.
Three years ago, I started as a warehouse temporary associate with MXD Group. By the end of that year I’d been hired and promoted to Operations Supervisor. So when I say I believe in the MXD Way and in a company that provides all the support anyone needs to become a success, it’s because I’ve seen it work. A company is its people, and the training and recognition given by the management team and leaders allow for anyone with career goals to meet those goals and exceed them. Last year I was promoted to Operations Manager, and am currently delighted to provide operational support to four sites within the MXD Family. I continue to look forward to the many exciting adventures in my MXD future.

A Key Account Specialist holds the responsibilities to build, maintain and strengthen the relationship with the company’s key clients and provide the highest level of service possible.
